Lots of new kits in stock!

We are headed out for our first show of the year!  Not much downtime for us. The holidays were wonderfully relaxing, so the day after Christmas I sat down and created a beautiful new kit for y'all!
The "Warm Winter Wishes" table runner kit comes with a pretty turquoise snowflake print from Moda and plenty of white wool to appliqué the lettering (and perhaps a snowflake or two?!). I have fallen in love with prairie points and this kit includes three coordinating Moda fabrics to complete the border triangles and binding.
Lots of other kits, new patterns, and hand-dyed wool will be available at the show in Oklahoma City January 8-11, 2013! As always, we'd love to see you!

Home again. And off again!

We are home from Common Threads Quilt Show in Wichita! Internet orders will go out tomorrow as well as kits ordered at the show. We had a great time, sold out of lots of goodies, enjoyed some cooler weather, and are now grateful to be home! I think our son had the most fun on this trip- his first out of state show was an adventure. We will spend the next few weeks getting ready for the Plano Quilt Show. Be sure to come find us! We will have loads of new kits for holiday projects and lots of new patterns....perhaps you'd be interested in our new iron-on transfers? We think they're pretty neato!

Goodness, we've been busy!

Our first year at Dallas Quilt Celebration was a great success. We have finally made the decision to do quilt and craft shows full-time! I will post dates as we get booth confirmations. We always love to see our old friends!

There are several wool kits on eBay and Etsy right now. Hurry and get yours before we run out. New kits will not be available until I dye more wool!

Whew! We've been busy!

We just finished another fun and successful yearly showing at the Trinity Valley Quilt Show. Super exhausted but always excited to get back to work after all the inspiring things we see there. We had tons of new patterns, finished embroidery goodies, and loads of wool and came home with a much smaller heap...makes us pretty happy! Now it's time to design more new patterns, manage our online listings a bit better, and hopefully keep up with this blog!

Did you miss us?!?

Did ya' miss us? I sure hope you did! I was on hiatus/sabbatical/mommy duty for the past few months. For the record, we welcomed a delicious baby boy named Dash to our nest in June and, to be perfectly honest, I couldn't even think about anything else until Christmas!

But we're back in the creative saddle with some exciting new goodies on the way!

I've been doing lots more work in wool....penny rugs, applique, etc.

The hubby has begun making prints from his hand-carved linocuts...some will be hand-tinted with ink or watercolor, and some will be framed/matted or greeting card format.

We're very excited about some new patterns and kits that we will be offerring this spring so check back soon!!!
